With over a decade of experience at some of the nation’s leading construction law firms, Jeanne Harrison is a trusted legal advisor for contractors, developers, architects, and owners navigating the complexities of construction projects.

Based in Nashville, Jeanne brings national expertise with a local touch, combining deep legal knowledge with a practical understanding of the construction industry. Her practice spans the full project lifecycle—from contract negotiation and risk management to dispute resolution and litigation. She has represented clients in multi-million-dollar developments, public-private partnerships, and infrastructure projects across the country.

Known for her client relationships and strategic thinking, Jeanne is passionate about helping her clients build with confidence. Her experience includes:

  • Drafting and negotiating AIA and custom construction contracts

  • Managing claims related to delays, defects, and payment disputes

  • Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings

  • Advising on regulatory compliance and lien enforcement

Jeanne earned her J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law, where she focused on construction and real estate law. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and several other jurisdictions, and frequently speaks at industry conferences on topics such as construction risk, contract strategy, and project delivery methods.
