Donna brings a depth of knowledge and versatility to her role as a paralegal at Anderson & Harrison, PLLC. Her background includes over ten years working in a wide range of legal areas, including family law, criminal defense, construction litigation, labor and employment litigation, and intellectual property prosecution and litigation.
Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Donna plays a vital role in supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of legal proceedings. Her broad experience across multiple practice areas makes her an adaptable and trusted member of the firm.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending quality time with her husband, young daughter, and their dog Berkley. She has a lifelong love of reading and music, and values the balance that personal passions bring to her professional life.
Taylor Anderson
Legal Assistant
Taylor Anderson brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise, business acumen, and legal industry experience to her work at Anderson & Harrison, PLLC. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2014 and completed her MBA at Tennessee Technological University in 2017.
Taylor began her career as a bedside nurse and later worked in home healthcare administration, gaining valuable skills in client care, organization, and leadership. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Vice President and Managing Partner of Toro Title, LLC, where she further developed her management, operational, and real estate strengths. She has held licenses as a title agent and real estate agent.
Since 2020, Taylor has also assisted her husband, Matt, as a paralegal and now plays an integral role at Anderson & Harrison, PLLC, overseeing hiring, firm administration, and marketing initiatives. Her diverse professional background allows her to support the firm with both strategic insight and hands-on problem-solving.
When she’s not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two boys, running, home improvement projects, puzzles, all things true crime, and watching a good documentary.
