Jade McCree

Jade is a driven and innovative professional with a background in case management and the non-profit sector.

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Jade relocated to Nashville, TN, in 2015 to attend Fisk University, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science. She also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Tennessee State University.

After graduating, Jade immediately started her professional career working with youth who had been exposed to adverse childhood experiences. In this role, she assisted the youth and their families in developing coping skills, anger management techniques, and communication skills.

Jade’s experience in the non-profit industry includes guiding and advising high school students throughout the entire college-going process, providing professional development opportunities for scholarship providers across the nation, and assisting adults in obtaining employment that pays a living wage. She currently serves as an Executive Assistant, supporting c-suite executives in executing the mission and vision of the organization.

At present, Jade is a student at Nashville School of Law. She serves on the executive board for the school’s Black Law Student Association chapter and is a member of the Urban League of Middle Tennessee Young Professionals.

Outside of her career and community work, she enjoys exploring new cuisines and spending time with loved ones.
